Entertainment Only Events — No Real Money Gambling
Phoenix Casino Event Planners provides casino-themed entertainment for private and corporate events across the United States. All of our events are strictly for fun and entertainment purposes. No real-money gambling of any kind takes place at any event we host.
What this means:
- No money or item of value is ever staked by guests
- No money or item of value can be won at our events
- Event chips and game tokens are props used for entertainment only — they have zero cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of monetary worth
- Our services are equipment rental and event staffing only — we are not a casino, gambling establishment, or gambling service of any kind
- Guests of all ages are welcome at our events, as no real gambling occurs
Why we do this:
Casino-themed parties are a wildly popular form of entertainment for corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, birthday parties, and more. The excitement of the games, the atmosphere, and the social experience are what make these events memorable — not wagering. We bring the fun without the financial risk.
Does Google’s gambling advertising policy apply to your events?
No — and here is why precisely. Google defines gambling as “staking something of value on the outcome of events or processes determined by an element of chance with the opportunity to win something of value.” Our events satisfy none of that definition: no guest ever stakes money or anything of value, and no guest can win money or anything of value. All chips are entertainment props with zero monetary value that cannot be redeemed for anything.
Google’s offline gambling advertising policy covers physical real-world gambling establishments — their own examples are brick-and-mortar casinos, gaming parlors, and poker tournament streaming. Casino Event Planners is not a gambling establishment of any kind. We are a casino-themed event planning and coordination company based in the United States. We do not operate, manage, or promote any gambling activity.
Because no gambling occurs at our events by Google’s own definition — and because we are not a casino, gaming parlor, or any other gambling establishment — Google’s offline gambling advertising policy does not apply to us. We do not require and have not sought any gambling certification. Our business is event planning and staffing, and our events are legal entertainment in all 50 states precisely because no actual gambling takes place.
